Barissa Coffee & Chocolate, opened its doors thanks to three women entrepreneurs. Speaking at the grand ceremony, Melek Sevinç Kulaç expressed their goal of expanding branches throughout Turkey.

BURSA (İGFA) – Barissa Coffee & Chocolate, located in Nilüfer’s 23 Nisan Mahallesi, was inaugurated with a grand and well-attended ceremony. Distinguished guests were invited to the colorful event, including Karacabey Mayor Ali Özkan and Bursa Metropolitan Municipality candidate Mustafa Bozbey. The opening ribbon was cut by Mustafa Bozbey, Ali Özkan, and the brand’s 3 investors, Melek Sevinç Kulaç, Esra Gülderen, and Selda Cevahir.

PRODUCT DIFFERENCE

In his speech at the opening, Mustafa Bozbey stated that he tried the pastries and coffees and recommended everyone to taste these flavors. He also mentioned that there will be a difference since they make the products themselves. He expressed his belief that we would soon see their branches.

NEW ESTABLISHMENT, NEW HOPE

Karacabey Mayor Ali Özkan said that they gathered for the opening of an establishment which includes the people of Karacabey, and added, “A newly opened establishment is a new hope. The people of Karacabey are successful in various sectors in Bursa. Today, we met with this brand and we will recommend it to our friends and relatives.”

GOAL TO EXPAND IN TURKEY

Melek Sevinç Kulaç, one of the partners of Barissa Coffee & Chocolate, expressed her happiness in turning their dreams into reality with their partners. She said, “When we set out on this journey, we aimed to bring a new breath to the cafe sector. We are honored to present our 3rd generation coffees, our special Belgian chocolates that can only be found in Bursa, and our special meals to our valued customers. As the Barissa family, our goal is to continue bringing these unique flavors to our branches, first in Bursa and then throughout Turkey, without compromising on our service quality.”
